Passion, Tradition, Commitment, and Innovation
We are a young and dynamic company, created with the intention of facing the challenges of today while keeping an eye on the future. Our commitment is to make the most of the land entrusted to us, combining tradition and innovation.
With passion, dedication, and a deep respect for the environment, we work every day to adapt and optimize the resources available to us, striving to offer sustainable and quality solutions that can make a difference in today's landscape.
Tradition remains a fundamental pillar in our territories, but at the same time, we recognize the importance of evolving with the times. While our connection to the past is deep, today we can rely on tools and technologies that did not exist before. In this way, we manage to balance respect for the roots of our culture with the opportunities offered by innovation, never forgetting our commitment to nature and sustainability.

Company, History, and Territory
The newly founded Bouton company is located in the family estate known as Ex Poggio Guardiola, in the beautiful land of Maremma, Tuscany, amidst gentle hills and slopes where the wind weaves through, bringing aromas and colors from the sea.
From the farmhouse, one can admire fabulous panoramas, from Castiglione della Pescaia to the Uccellina Natural Park, and on clearer days, the islands of Elba and Corsica, as well as the other islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, can be seen.
The land overlooks what was once Lake Prile, a vast stretch of seawater, a swampy area that was later reclaimed, covering what is now the Grosseto Plain.
The extraordinary beauty and strength of the olive trees, which cover vast areas of this region, dominate the history of this territory.
Olive trees first adorned the landscape of Maremma over 4,000 years ago, marking the beginning of a journey that would see the production of olives and olive oil thrive throughout the Mediterranean.
Over the centuries, these iconic trees have become intertwined with the very fabric of Tuscany's landscape, becoming a symbol as rich in history as it is in beauty.
We want to keep the spirit of this region alive in every bottle
Our intention is to share and bring the unparalleled quality of Maremma Tuscan olive oil into homes around the world, along with the thriving culture that surrounds its production. For us, it's not just about producing good olive oil. It’s about preserving a heritage, celebrating ancient practices, and sharing with every sip of oil a piece of this beautiful heritage.
We do this by entrusting the care of our olive groves to those who blend ancient agricultural traditions (those of the "old farmers," passed down from generation to generation) with modern agricultural techniques and new technologies. Our cultivation practices are non-intensive and sustainable.
We meticulously oversee every phase of the olive production process, from growing the trees in our fields to extracting the oil, in order to ensure the health of the soil and the beauty of the landscape.
