For the majority of our olive trees, we cultivate varieties such as Maurino, Frantoio, Pendolino, and Leccio del Corno, all characteristic of the Tuscan olive-growing tradition. These carefully selected varieties contribute to giving our IGP Tuscan oil a unique taste and an unmistakable aromatic profile, reflecting the quality of our territory.

Production & Cultivation Techniques

From the moment we decide to begin the harvest, based on the ripeness of the olives, our work is carried out using a combination of mechanical and manual techniques, always with the utmost respect for the plants and olives. Every phase is designed to minimize stress on the plant, preserving the integrity of the fruit.

The olives are carefully collected and placed in special bins, to be transported to the mill as quickly as possible, where they are pressed to ensure the freshness and excellent quality of our oil.

We pay particular attention to monitoring the health of our plants and the climatic variables to ensure responsible and sustainable management. We are constantly looking towards the future of agriculture.
